There is nothing more elegant than a precision cut stone rug!
Stone rugs consist of geometric shapes cut into stone, these designs require intricate cutting ability which we can achieve with our Flow WaterJet CNC machine. We have a beautiful example piece in our 1st floor showroom.
Process:
– Choose a design or ask us to draw you one up.
– Choose your stone, marble, granite, quartz (a mix of colours is best) and other materials (some customers like metal trims)
– Cut out each precise piece
– Fit it at your home or business

Commissioned to cut 12 exhaust manifolds for a Tractor powered by a V12 Jaguar engine that was unable to source the specialist manifolds.
The WaterJet cuts the detailed pieces through the 200mm aluminium plate like butter. Using 40,000psi water jet.
